Bachi Yaki was born in West Adams near USC with one truck, during one of the hardest years restaurants have ever faced: the pandemic.
Founded by Silvia Cantu with grit, heart, and a simple promise - to serve hot, flavorful hibachi-style food people can count on - Bachi Yaki grew from a single truck into a local favorite built on hustle, consistency, and real hospitality.
Great food and sauces. Last time the Wilmington location was a little late, so they gave me a water and garlic noodles for free.
The food is truly unspeakable 😋, and the seasoning is off the chain! Prices are a bit steep but worth the flavour...
I had the Yaya's thicc and juicy noodles with chicken. It was so good – just what I needed after a day of fasting! The lemon/ginger sauce was bomb!
