IT STARTED WITH ONE TRUCK

Bachi Yaki was born in West Adams near USC with one truck, during one of the hardest years restaurants have ever faced: the pandemic. Founded by Silvia Cantu with grit, heart, and a simple promise - to serve hot, flavorful hibachi-style food people can count on - Bachi Yaki grew from a single truck into a local favorite built on hustle, consistency, and real hospitality.

STILL GROWING ACROSS SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

What started with one truck in West Adams has grown across Southern California, with Bachi Yaki now serving communities throughout Los Angeles County - and we're not done yet.

WE BRING THE TRUCK TO THE PARTY

Birthdays, corporate events, school events and private parties - we bring the Bachi Yaki truck, our crew and the grill. The City of LA, FedEx, Lexus, USC Football and will.i.am have all trusted us to feed their crowds.

THE FOOD GOT US HERE

From chicken bowls and NY steak burritos to steak, shrimp and lobster plates, the menu has grown right along with us. Fresh off the grill, made to order, and served the same way we've done it from the start.
